I’m thrilled that you’re interested in commissioning custom artwork. Below, you’ll find all the essential information about my commission process, pricing, and terms. Terms of Services

Pricing & Payment Information

Pricing Overview:
The price of your commission will depend on several factors, including the size and number of subjects involved. Below is a general price range:

Sizes & Prices
8” x 10” (starting at $350)
11” x 14” (starting at $550)
16” x 20” (starting at $1000)
Additional Subjects: +$50/subject

Payment Terms:

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your commission.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due once the final artwork is approved.
Accepted Payment Methods: Venmo, PayPal (all payments are processed in USD).
Invoices: I will provide an invoice for all transactions.

Commission Guidelines & Expectations

Image Quality of Reference Photo:
To ensure the best results, please provide high-quality reference photos that meet the following criteria:

Resolution: High-resolution images (at least 1500 pixels wide). Avoid low-res or blurry photos.
Lighting: Use natural, even lighting with no harsh shadows or flash.
Angles: Provide a clear front-facing photo, plus at least one side or 3/4 view for better detail.
Focus: Ensure the photo is sharp and in focus, especially on the face and key details.
File Format: Submit in JPEG or PNG format, without watermarks.
Feel free to send multiple images, and let me know if you'd like any specific features emphasized.

Revisions: After receiving the sketch, you can request one round of revisions. This includes changes to the composition, and overall structure.

Timeline & Delivery

Completion Time: Commissions typically take between 2-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload. I will give you an estimated delivery date when we begin the project.
Delivery Format: The artwork will be securely packaged and shipped. Shipping costs will be calculated based on location.

Commission Process Overview

Initial Consultation
To begin your commission, please complete the commission form and upload any reference images of the subject(s). This helps me understand your vision and allows me to review your request for pricing and availability.
Quotation & Agreement
Based on your request, I’ll provide a custom quote. This will take into account the complexity, size, and medium of your commission. Upon agreeing to the terms, I will send a formal contract and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my schedule.
Sketch & Approval
Once the deposit is received, I will create a preliminary sketch of your artwork. At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to request two rounds of revisions to the composition, and overall structure.
Final Artwork Completion
After the sketch is approved, I’ll proceed with finalizing the artwork. For traditional art, you will be sent photos of the work as it progresses.
Final Approval & Delivery
Upon completion, I will send you images of the physical piece. Once approved, the remaining 50% balance will be due, and I will deliver the artwork accordingly.
